Larry brings more than 35 years of building, electrical, and maintenance
experience to your home inspection.
His qualifications include:
• A degree as an Electronics Technician.
• Thirty years of hands-on work experience in the electro-
mechanical field as a Building and Production Maintenance Technician
where his responsibilities included building maintenance,
troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance of production
machinery.
• Home wiring experience as an Electrical Makeup Technician for
plant manufactured homes and apartments.
Larry has been a Home Inspector since 2005.
His memberships, certifications, and trainings include:
• Member of American Society of Home Inspectors
• Successful completion of ASHI Standards and Ethics test
• Participated and completed the National ASHI parallel inspection
training program
• Passed the National Home Inspectors exam
• Member of the International Code Council
• Holds Residential Code Certification, by the International Code
Council (ICC/CABO), Certification in electrical, plumbing, mechanical,
and structural inspection
