How long does an inspection take?
- The minimum time is 3 hours. The size of the house will determine the length of
time required for a thorough inspection.
Do I need to be present at the time of the inspection?
- It is recommend that the interested party be on-site during and at the completion
of the inspection. This will provide you with a better understanding of the
process and a time to personally view issues of concern and ask questions.
What does the inspector do?
- Inspects, reports defects, and makes recommendations for repairs on the

- Insulation and Ventilation

When will I receive a report?
- The client will receive notification by email that the completed written report has
been placed on line for you to view at your private URL normally within 24 hours
of the completion of the on site inspection. The report will always be there to
view, print, or send to your agent. The report will be several pages long include
both descriptive and narrative content including embedded pictures.
- The inspector will spend the time necessary to familiarize the client with the
home and the inspection results on site. Upon receiving the inspection report
any questions or concerns related to the inspection or report can be further
discussed while we both view the report.
